Your passion for performance can't be checked, but it does require checkups. Our certified technicians are trained to help keep your vehicle running in optimum condition for the road ahead. All 2023 and 2024 vehicles purchased or leased come equipped with Cadillac Premium Care for 4 years or 80,000 KM (whichever comes first).

Vehicle Health Check
Every Vehicle Health Check includes your vehicle's brake inspection, tire wear and alignment, battery condition, windshield and wiper blades, fluid levels and a visual inspection of critical systems. Backed by GM engineers and up-to-date on the latest in the world of Cadillac, our Certified Service experts can help you to make sure everything is operating the way it was designed to.
Oil Change
The motor oil and filter in your Cadillac must be changed at least once a year and the Engine Oil Life System will need to be reset. Premium Care Maintenance includes up to eight oil changes to keep your Cadillac running in peak condition and improve gas mileage.
Air Filter Replacement
Changing the engine air filters helps prolong engine life, while the passenger air compartments filters improve air quality and may prevent and expensive repair. Premium Care Maintenance includes the replacement of engine air cleaner filters two times and passenger air compartment filters once.
Tire Rotation
Regular tires rotations help to prolong the life of your tires by balancing wear more equally among them. Tire rotations should be performed every 12,000 km. Premium Care Maintenance includes eight tire rotations.
Roadside Assistance
You can take comfort in knowing that Cadillac Roadside Assistance services are standard for 6 years or 110,000 kilometers for 2016 and newer models. This 24/7 roadside program provides lockout, towing, refueling, Dealer Technician Roadside services, and more.
Courtesy Transportation
The Cadillac Courtesy Transportation program provides alternatives means of travel and/or reimbursement of certain transportation expenses if your Cadillac requires warranty repairs within 6 years or 110,000 kilometers.
